In 2017 I set up this site, purchasing the domain name and paying a yearly fee to get rid of ads. Looking back, it was a ridiculous purchase. My income at the time certainly did not afford me such luxuries, yet, my intent was to finally transfer years of writing from various notebooks and papers, which I seemed intent to cart with me for eternity. I was sure the money was going to be well spent. 

I was wrong.

Life, as it is wont to do, marched on with a parade of challenges that required more time and attention that I had at my disposal. Each day we are granted a full 24 hours, out of which X amount of hours should be spent in sleep, X amount in work, additional amounts for commuting, gathering of groceries…well, you get what I’m saying. There were certain responsibilities that I needed to tend to each day. And the leftover bits? Well… Those were used to recharge a weary soul.

Priorities appear in time, I guess.

So, this “About” page offers a homage to an honorable idea of capturing words from my past and acts as a foundation for my future ventures.

As to who I am? Come read within the pages to get to know an average woman, living an average life, who simply enjoys the spellbinding quality of words.
